Former NBC exec gets actor help for content studio

<div id="subtitle">Former NBC Entertainment co-chair's new content studio working with Jason Bateman, Will Arnett</div><div><p>Former NBC Entertainment co-chairman Ben Silverman's new content studio, Electus, will have the help of actors Jason Bateman and Will Arnett as it tries to entice viewers.</p><p>At the International Consumer Electronics Show on Friday, Silverman said he is working with the actors — who appeared together in "Arrested Development" — to come up with comedic videos. Electus' videos are expected to appear on TV, on some Yahoo Web sites and elsewhere online. Electus was formed with Barry Diller's IAC/InterActiveCorp.</p><p>Bateman said in an interview he hopes the first video is completed in two or three months. Advertisers also will play a role in the conception of Electus' videos, and Bateman joked that part of the fun for viewers will be determining "how will they nonoffensively pitch this product to me?"</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=66562525&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
